With our extensive experience in single-cell and spatial experiments, we profile complex tissues utilizing state-of-the-art technologies. We have three core capabilities: integrated multi-omics on fresh/cryopreserved specimens, integrated tissue genomics on frozen samples, and spatial transcriptome from fixed tissues.

Our offerings include the following:

Single-cell Multi-omics with RNA and protein sequencing (CITE-seq)

Integrated tissue genomics from frozen tissues

Spatial transcriptome from fixed tissues

Combining BioLegend Total-seq antibody panels and 10x Genomics single-cell gene expression sequencing, CITE-seq approaches help to annotate cell subtypes and identify rare cell population. The protein expression data can be used similarly to flow cytometry method to gate sub-populations in order to understand their gene expression profiles.
